Hypratek designs, manufactures and markets high quality, latest technology, complete hydraulic kits for Tipper Trucks, Tipper Semi Trailers, Tipper Bulkers, and Garbage Compactors etc. Hypratek is exclusive dealer, distributor for India of OMFB S.p.A Italy for their Hydraulic Components. Hypratek also supplies Gear Pumps, Bent Axis Plunger Pumps, Control Valves, Cab Control Valves, P.T.O.s, Quill Shafts, 12 & 24 volts Hyd. Power Packs etc.
Designed by the Indian Engineers under the Guidance of Mr. Sudhir Prabhu, Hypratek Cylinder is well suited for Indian Working Conditions. All our Telescopic cylinders are Designed & Manufactured for Heavy duty applications & long service life.
Built-in dimensions & overall dimensions are similar to cylinders available in market so that Hypratek Cylinders can easily be Replaced by Other Failed Cylinders ‘one to one’ without much rework.
Our Telescopic cylinders are fully machined on the inside diameter by Skyving & Roller Burnising to have a close fit cylinders. It also gives good control on the surface contact between the stop rings. All stages of our cylinders are Nitrided which give good surface protection against rust and gives 0.3 to 0.4 mm infused hard surface on the Outside & Inside diameter which shall give long service life to our Wear rings, Seals etc.To protect the cylinder from Hose Burst situation we have designed a special control valve which shall be mounted directly on the cylinders.
